# About Ancient Realms

Ancient Realms is a Play-to-Earn RPG game that utilizes the WAX blockchain to create a decentralized gaming experience where you can trade your in-game items and currency on the open market. In Ancient Realms, you will be able to equip your NFTs as gear, level skills, defeat monsters, loot and create NFT’s to optimize your characters total gear score. The currency earned through combat will be used to create NFT’s, travel to new areas, and speed up your progression in various ways. You will also earn 2 utility coins through mining and fishing, which will be used to heal your character and repair your gear. As your characters gear score increases, so will the monsters you face and the rewards you receive.
